Privacy notice

Effective October 7, 2026. This notice covers landipartners.com. How we handle a client's ERP data is set by the engagement letter and data processing agreement, and summarized under Your data.

What this site collects

Only what you type into the request form: your name, work email, company, and, if you choose, your role, ERP, phone number and a note. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site, not a third party.

Like any web host, ours records standard server logs (IP address, browser, the pages requested and the time) for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

To reply to your request and arrange a call. We don't sell, rent or share it, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our email through a form-handling service. Our email and this website are run on providers' systems under their own security terms.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're in contact about a possible engagement, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
